Ingredients:
Bhendi - 250 gms
Dry red chillies - 6 to 8
Roasted peanuts - 50 gms
Tamarind juice - 1tbsp
curry leaves
oil - 1tbsp
garlic cloves - 4
jeera - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
Method:
Cut bhendi into 1'' pieces. Heat oil in kadai add dry red chillies and curry leaves. Fry and remove from fire add bhendi pieces to same kadai. Fry them till soft. Powder the roasted peanuts. Grind all the ingredients to make chutney. It taste well with rice.
