Ingredients:
Baby Potatoes - 250 gms
Curd - 1 cup
Tomatoes - 2
Green Chilli - 1
Ginger - 1" piece
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Red chillies - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ajwain seeds - 1/2 tsp
Desiccated Coconut - 2 tsp
Oil for frying
Method:
Baby Potatoes - 250 gms
Curd - 1 cup

Ajwain seeds - 1/2 tsp
Desiccated Coconut - 2 tsp

Method:
- Dry roast red chillies, cumin seeds, ajwain in low flame. Add desiccated coconut and stir once.
- Cool and grind to make powder.
- Boil potatoes till done. Peel and pierce with needle and deep fry till they are golden. Keep aside.
- Mix chopped tomatoes, chillies, ginger, curd, ground masala and salt. Grind them to make paste.
- Heat one tbsp of oil, add ground paste and cook till oil leaves the sides.
- Add fried potatoes and 1 cup of water.
- Cook for 5 minutes then sprinkle garam masala.
- Serve.
