Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 250 gms
Ginger - small piece
green Cardamom- 2 (crushed)
Cloves - 2 (crushed)
Cinnamon - small Stick (crushed)
Amchur - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Tomatoes - 250 gms

Method:
- Grind chopped tomatoes and ginger to make paste.
- Cook this paste by adding all other ingredients till it thickens.
- Cool and serve with tiffins or rice.
