Ingredients:
Flattened Rice (Atukulu) - 250 gms
Milk - 500 ml
Sugar - 150 gms
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Method:
Flattened Rice (Atukulu) - 250 gms

Method:
- Boil the milk in vessel and remove from fire.
- Immediately add sugar, flattened rice and cardamom powder and mix well.
- Serve hot.
- This is good and healthy food for children.
