Ingredients:
Drum stick leaves - 3 cups
Coconut - 1 cup (grated)
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin & Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
Drum stick leaves - 3 cups

Urad dal - 1 tsp

Oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
- Wash drumstick leaves and drain the water.
- Heat oil in kadai, add cumin, mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves. Fry till mustard crackles.
- Add drumstick leaves, salt, turmeric and chilli powder.
- Cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
- Add grated coconut and mix well.
- Cook another 5 minutes in low flame or till dry.
