Ingredients:
Cabbage - 2 cups (Shredded thinly)
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 5-6 (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Red chillies - 2
Curry leaves - few
Method:
Cabbage - 2 cups (Shredded thinly)

Curry leaves - few
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add red chillies, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Fry till mustard crackles.
- Add green chillies and saute for 1 minute.
- Now add shredded cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add grated coconut, salt and turmeric.
- Cook till cabbage is soft and well cooked.
- Serve with rice or roti.
