Ingredients:
Chicken - 500 gm
Onions - 2 (chopped)
Chukka kura - 8 bunches (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Green chillies - 7-8 (chopped)
Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch (chopped)
Oil - 4 tbsp
Method:
Chicken - 500 gm

Oil - 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in kadai, add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste, chillies, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and saute for a while.
- Add chicken pieces, salt and fry for few minutes.
- Add 1 cup of water and close the lid and cook till chicken tender.
- Then add chukka kura and cook in low flame for another 10 -12 minutes.
- Lastly add garam masala and coriander leaves.
