Ingredients:
Boiled and mashed fish - 125 gm
Potatoes - 125 gm (boiled, peeled and mashed)
Onion - 50 gm(finely chopped)
Green chillies - 2-3 (chop finely)
Ginger - small piece (grated)
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Bread crumbs - 50 gm
Egg - 1/2
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Lime juice- 1 tsp
Oil
Method:

Method:
- In a mixing bowl, mix fish, potatoes, onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, garam masala, salt and pepper, egg and lime juice. Mix well and make round shape cutlets.
- Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
