Potato Cake

Ingredients:
Potatoes - 200 gm
Besan - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1/2 cup
Butter -  1/4 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 6 tbsp

Method:

  • Boil,peel and mash potatoes.
  • Mix besan, maida, salt and butter with mashed potato. Press it flatten.
  • Cut into pieces and fry them both sides with little oil.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney.
