Soya Dosa

Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Soya milk - 1 cup
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Green chillies - 2 (chopped)
Fruit salt - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Oil

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients except oil to make batter. Add sufficient water and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Heat the pan, grease with oil and pour ladleful of batter and spread it thinly.
  • Cook both sides.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
