Ingredients:
Vermicelli - 1 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Method:
Vermicelli - 1 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan, add cashew nuts and fry till golden. Remove and keep aside.
- Fry vermicelli in the pan till golden.
- Bring it to boil the milk in vessel, add vermicelli and cook till soft.
- Add sugar and stir till it dissolves. Add cardamom powder and cashew nuts. Mix well.
- Transfer to greased plate.
- Cool and cut into desired shapes.
