SMALL ONION BAJJI

Ingredients:
Small onions - 250 gms
Besan - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Oil for frying

Method:

  • Mix besan, salt, chilli powder, cumin seeds and sufficient water to make little thick batter.
  • Peel the top layer of onions and dip in the batter and deep fry till golden in colour.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
