BANANA COLADA

Ingredients:
Banana - 1/2 (sliced)
Cream of coconut - 1/2 ounce
Dark rum - 1 1/2 ounces
Pineapple juice - 4 ounces
Whipped cream - 1 ounce

Method:

  • Put the rum, banana, cream of coconut and pineapple juice into a blender.
  • Add crushed ice and blend well.
  • Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream.
  • Garnish with a banana slice.
