Ingredients:
Milk - 150 ml
Sugar - 125 gms
Gelatine - 3 tbsp
Honey - 1 1/2 tbsp
Egg yolks - 2
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
Cream - 3/4 cup
Grated chocolate - 2 tbsp
Method:
Milk - 150 ml

Method:
- Heat 1/4 cup of water. Dissolve gelatine in it.
- Put yolks, sugar and milk in double boiler. On hot water whisk the mixture for 4-5 minutes.
- Stir gelatine, cocoa and honey in the above mixture.
- beat cream vigorously for 4-5 minutes; stir in the mixture.
- Transfer the pudding to the refrigerator and keep it for 2-3 hours.
- Sprinkle grated chocolate and serve cold.
