Milk - 1 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Melted butter (cooled)- 1 tbsp
Method:
Eggs - 4
Flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Melted butter (cooled)- 1 tbsp
Method:
- Beat eggs in medium mixing bowl.
- Gradually add flour and sugar alternatively with milk and water, beating until smooth.
- Beat in melted butter.
- Refrigerate batter at least one hour before use.
- Yield 20 to 25 servings
