KASHMIRI GARAM MASALA

Ingredients:
Black cumin seeds - 7 gms
Brown cardamom - 28 gms
Cinnamon - 7 gms
Cloves - 7 gms
Mace - 3 blades
Nutmeg - 1/8 th
Black pepper - 7 gms

Method:

  • Grind the above ingredients together, sieve ad store in an air-tight bottle.
