Ingredients:
Butter - 100 gms
Honey - 4 tbsp
Soft brown sugar- 50 gm
Muesli -225 gms
Dried apricots - 50 gms (chopped)
Method:
Butter - 100 gms

Method:
- Melt the butter, honey and sugar in a saucepan.
- Stir in the muesli and chopped apricots.
- Spread the mixture in Swiss roll tin.
- Smooth the top and bake in a moderate oven (180C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before cutting into the bars and transferring to a wire rack.
