Ingredients:
Cranberries- 225 gms (thawed if frozen)
Water - 150 ml
Castor sugar - 175 gms
Lemon rind - 1 tsp (finely grated)
Method:

Method:
- Put all the ingredients into a 1.2 litre dish. Cover with a plate.
- Cook 8 1/2 minutes at full powder, stirring sauce twice and crushing fruit against sides of the bowl.
- Remove from oven, keep covered and serve when cold.
