Ingredients:
Minced scallion or spring onions - 1/2 cup (white part)
Chilli oil- 1 cup
Garlic - 1 tsp (crushed)
Sugar - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Sesame paste - 2 tbsp
Method:
Minced scallion or spring onions - 1/2 cup (white part)

Method:
- Mix all the seasonings together in a bowl, add minced scallion and make a sauce.
- Use as dressing or dip.
