Ingredients:
Buttermilk - 3 cups
Ginger - 1" piece
Coriander leaves - few
Salt - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 1
Mustard seeds - 1/8 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
Buttermilk - 3 cups
Ginger - 1" piece
Coriander leaves - few

Mustard seeds - 1/8 tsp

Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
- Crush ginger, coriander leaves and the green chilli and add to the buttermilk.
- Let it soak in the buttermilk for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in small pan, add mustard and curry leaves. Allow them to crackle.
- Add this to the buttermilk. Add salt.
- Strain and serve in individual glasses.
