Ingredients:
Quicker oats - 50 gms
Mushrooms - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Skimmed milk - 150 ml
Salt and pepper to taste
Coriander leaves - 3-4 tbsp
Green chillies - 2 (chopped)
Oil -1 tbsp
Method:
Quicker oats - 50 gms

Method:
- Heat a non stick pan; add onion and saute till light pink.
- Add mushrooms ad saute for 2 minutes.
- Add oats and milk, stirring continuously. Cook till batter thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
- Add salt and pepper. Remove from fire.
- Add coriander and chillies. Mix well and cool the mixture.
- Shape the mixture into 7-8 croquettes (oblong rolls with flat sides).
- Grill in oven for 10-15 minutes. Turn the side once after 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with ketchup and toasts.
