NOODLES ALFREDO

Ingredients:
Cooked broad noodles - 500 gms
Soft butter - 175 ml
Parmesan or strong cheddar cheese - 500 ml (gated)
Warm cream - 125 ml
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Thoroughly drain cooked noodles; place in hot casserole with butter; toss gently with fork until noodles are all buttered.
  • Add cheese and toss again; pour in cream and toss again.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
