SUMMER DRINK WITH SABZA SEEDS

Ingredients:
Sabja seeds - 1/4 cup
Cold milk - 2-3 cups
Sugar to taste
Kewra water to taste
Water - 10 cups

Method:

  • Soak seeds in half of the water for one hour til they swell up.
  • Heat the remaining water; add sugar to dissolve.
  • Let it cool.
  • When the seeds have swollen up,add sugar water. Refrigerate.
  • To serve add cold milk and kewra essence.
