POTATO CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients:
Butter- 1 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Packed brown sugar - 1/4 cup
All Purpose flour - 1 3/4 cups (sifted)
Potato chips -1 cup (crushed)
Vanilla essence-  1 1/2 tsp

Method:

  • Cream butter with vanilla extract. Add sugars gradually, creaming thoroughly.
  • Mix in flour, then potato chip crumbs.
  • Chill the dough until easy to handle.
  • Shape the dough into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Flatten cookies with a floured table fork.
  • Bake at 350 F12-15 minutes.
