APPLE CRUNCH

Ingredients:
Apples-3
Brown sugar-1/4 cup
Flour-3/4 cup
White sugar-3/4 cup
Salt-1/4 tbsp
Cinnamon-1/4 cup
Egg-1
Butter-1/3 cup

Method:
  • Pare and slice apples.Mix with brown sugar in baking pan.
  • Mix flour,sugar,salt and cinnamon,set aside.
  • Beat egg,mix with flour mixture.Spread over fruit.
  • Pour butter over top.Bake at 375 F about 45 minutes,until lightly browned.
  • Serve warm.Serves 6
