CHICKEN KORMA

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken - 1 kg
Fried onion - 1/2 kg
Water melon kernel - 200 g
Curd - 250 g
Milk - 1/2 kg
Oil - 200 g
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp
Tomato puree - 250 g
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 25 g
Kasoori maithi - 1 tsp

Method:
  • Heat oil in a degchi and add garam masala. Mix curd, water melon kernels and milk and whip. 
  • Transfer ginger-garlic paste and this mixture to the degchi.
  • Cook well and add the remaining spices along with the onions. Add 1/2 kg of water and then the boneless chicken. 
  • Cook for 10 minutes and add garam masala. Your dish is ready for serving.
