Ingredients:
Rice - 1 cup
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Curry powder - 2 tsp
Oil - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Method:

Method:
- Soak the rice overnight and grind into a paste.
- Heat a non-stick tava and spread a portion of the dough to get a 3-4 inch round pancake.
- Cook on a low flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle the spices and turn over and cook the other side. Serve hot with sarso ka saag.
