Ingredients:
Croissant buns - 4
Khoya - 200 g
Castor sugar - 2 tbsp
Jaiphal - 1/4 tsp (grated)
Cardamoms - 8
Almonds - 25 g
Pistachios - few
Few raisins
Kesar strands - 1 tsp
Method:
Croissant buns - 4
Khoya - 200 g

Method:
- Lightly mash the khoya with sugar. Add the nuts, mix well.
- Now cut the tops of the buns and scoop them. Fill the mixture in scooped buns, Place the tops, apply a little butter over them and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at moderate temperature.
- When they are done, serve hot.
