Ingredients:
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Jaggery - 250 g (broken into very small pieces)
Cumin seeds - 2 1/2 tsp
Chawara - 3-4 pieces (sliced)
Raisins - 6-8
Almonds - 6-7 (broken)
Cashew nuts - 6-7 (broken)
A few drops of water
Method:
Ghee - 2 tbsp

Method:
- Heat ghee in a kadai, add cumin seeds. Fry for a while, then add jaggery pieces.
- Sprinkle a few drops of water and let the gur melt completely inn ghee.
- Add chawara, raisins, almonds, cashew nuts. Mix well. Pour it into a tray immediately.
- Let it set a little then cut it into small pieces.
- Serve after meals.
