GOLDEN BUCK

Ingredients:
Butter - 2 tbsp
Grated cheese - 1 1/2 cups
Beer or ale - 4 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce- 1 tsp
lemon juice - 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper
Pinch of celery salt
Eggs - 4
Buttered toast - 4 slices

Method:

  •  Melt butter in small skillet.
  • Add cheese, beer, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasoning.
  • Stir over low heat until smooth and creamy.
  • Beat eggs lightly; stir into mixture.
  • stir until eggs are lightly set; spoon onto hot toast.
