Baking powder-1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil-3 tbsp
- In a large bowl,combine the beef,onion,salt,pepper,baking powder and egg yolks.
- In a separate bowl,beat the egg whites until just stiff,then fold them into the beef mixture.
- Heat the oil in a very large,heavy frying pan over moderate heat for about 1 minutes.
- Using a large spoon,drop the beef mixture into the pan,making 4 pancakes.
- Cook 5 minutes,turn the pancakes with an egg slice,and cook 5 minutes longer.
