PORK BALLS

Ingredients:
Lean pork - 500 gms (finely chopped)
Shallots- 2 (finely chopped)
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Water - 2 tbsp
Grated orange rind - 1
Green ginger - 1 piece (finely chopped)
Pinch of salt
Oil

Method:

  • Blend cornflour with water and add to other ingredients.
  • Form into walnut size balls.
  • Heat the oil and deep fry the balls few at a time till golden.
  • Drain on kitchen paper.
