ULLIPAYA PERUGU PACHADI (ONION CURD CHUTNEY)

Ingredients:
Curd - 250 ml (whipped)
Onions - 2 (large and finely chopped)
Green chillies - 4-5 (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)

For Talimpu:
Oil -2 tsp
Red chilli - 1 (broken)
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves -  few

Method:

  • Whip the curd; add chopped onion, green chillies, salt, turmeric, coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Heat the oil; add all talimpu ingredients and allow them to splutter.
  • Pour this over chutney.
  • Mix and serve.

ఉల్లిపాయ పెరుగు పచ్చడి 

కావలిసిన వస్తువులు:
పెరుగు - 250 ml 
పెద్ద ఉల్లిపాయలు - 2
పచ్చిమిర్చి - 4-5
పసుపు - 1/4 tsp 
ఉప్పు 
కొత్తిమీర - 1 tbsp 

తాలింపు:
నూనె - 2 tsp 
ఆవాలు - 1/4 tsp 
ఎండు మిర్చి - 1
జీలకర్ర - 1/4 tsp 
కరివేపాకు - కొద్దిగా 

తయారీ:
  • ఉల్లిపాయలు, పచ్చిమిర్చి సన్నగా తరుగుకోవాలి. 
  • పెరుగులో ఉప్పు, పసుపు, కొత్తిమీర వేసి బాగా కలిపి అందులో ఉల్లిపాయ, మిర్చి ముక్కలు వేసి కలుపుకోవాలి. 
  • బాణలిలో నూనె వేడి చేసి తాలింపు దినుసులు వేయించి పడింది మీద పొయ్యాలి. 
  • బాగా కలిపి వడ్డించుకోవాలి
