Ingredients:
Zucchini - 6 (finely sliced)
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Garlic clove - 1 (crushed)
Sugar - 1 tsp
salt and pepper
Plain yogurt or sour cream - 1 cup
Butter - 1 tsp
Method:
Zucchini - 6 (finely sliced)

Method:
- Heat the butter in saucepan; fry zucchini with onion, garlic, sugar and seasoning for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 4 cups of water; cover and cook in low flame for 30 minutes.Cool and blend to make puree.
- Transfer to pan and Stir in the yogurt and do not boil after the yogurt has been added.
