LOTUS STEM FRY

Ingredients:
Lotus stem -250 gms
Chilli powder - 3/4 tsp
Turmeric -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -  1 tsp
Mango powder -1 tsp
Aniseed powder -1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp

Method:

  • Cut lotus stem into oval shapes and boil till they are tender.Drain.
  • Heat oil, add all masalas and lotus stem pieces.
  • Stir fry for 2-3 minutes and serve.
