Ingredients:
Fish - 400 gms
Cooking oil -100 gms
Onions -2
Cornflour - 1 tsp
Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
Cloves -2-3 (crushed)
Vinegar -1 tsp
Soy sauce -2 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Method:
Fish - 400 gms

Water - 1/2 cup
Method:
- Clean and wash the fish and then dry with a cloth.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the fish and keep aside.
- Fry chopped onion and garlic paste. Add corn flour, ajinomoto, crushed cloves, vinegar and soy sauce and water.
- Stir well and bring to boil; put the fried fish into the gravy.
- Mix well and serve hot.
