BANANA SHAKE

Ingredients:
Banana -1
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup
Plain yogurt - 1 cup
Whipped cream to garnish

Method:

  • Puree banana, lemon juice, and sugar in blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Add milk and yogurt; blend until thoroughly mixed.
  • Pour at once into glasses.
  • top with dab of whipped cream.
