Ingredients:
Self raising flour- 225 gms
Caster sugar- 275 gms
Desiccated coconut- 110 gms
Butter- 125 gms(melted)
Eggs- 3
Milk- 180 ml
Method:
- Grease and flour 21 cm baba pan.
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix well with wooden spoon, pour into prepared pan.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 45 minutes.
- Stand cake in pan 5 minutes; turn onto wire rack to cool.
